Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Noida. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, and display to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions for Cosma Fertility.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with content, product, and design teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and funnels for improved ROI. The Performance Marketer will also conduct market and competitor research, test new channels and strategies, and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
