Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panipat. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Kazma’s range of glass hardware systems, sealants, and architectural accessories. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective and existing customers, understanding project requirements,



preparing and presenting quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and lead generation in construction, building materials, or hardware sectors.
Ability to understand technical product features and applications, especially in glass hardware systems, sealants, and architectural accessories.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with architects, contractors, and project managers.
