Role Description
The Business Development Manager – Onsite (Lucknow) is a full time role responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. This position involves identifying and qualifying leads, developing and delivering presentations, and coordinating proposals tailored to client needs. The role includes regular meetings with prospective and current customers,



negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery. The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and prepare reports and forecasts for leadership. This is an on-site position based in Lucknow, requiring daily presence at the office and occasional client visits within the region.

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective stakeholder management and customer service capabilities.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing proposals and delivering client-focused demonstrations.
Experience using CRM or sales management tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
