Role Description The Senior Customer Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilwara, rajasthan. This role involves handling customer inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms, resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, product usage, and returns. The individual will monitor customer satisfaction,



escalate complex cases when necessary, and coordinate with operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.
