Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in target industries, managing existing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with key decision makers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering and production teams for accurate quotations, and overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to order closure. The role involves tracking market trends, attending client meetings and site visits, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and deliveries. The Sales Manager will also be expected to maintain accurate sales forecasts, support marketing activities, and contribute to strategic planning to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
