As we scale our academic operations, we are looking for an Academic Operations Manager who can take ownership of academic execution, trainer management, student experience, quality, and operational processes across our programmes.
About the Role
The Academic Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, structured, and consistent delivery of all academic programmes.
You will work closely with the Academics, Trainers, Learning Experience, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Placements, HR, and Management teams to ensure that academic commitments are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is process-driven, proactive, data-oriented, and solid in execution and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Operations




Manage day-to-day academic operations across multiple programmes and batches.
Ensure batches start, progress, and complete as per the academic calendar.
Coordinate trainer allocation, schedules, replacements, and session planning.
Monitor attendance, batch progress, session completion, and academic deliverables.
Identify operational gaps and ensure timely resolution.
Trainer Management
Coordinate with trainers on schedules, assessments, assignments, learning materials, and academic requirements.
Monitor trainer adherence to academic SOPs and processes.
Track trainer performance and student feedback.
Support trainer onboarding and operational readiness.
Ensure trainers maintain required academic records and LMS updates.
Student Experience & Academic Quality
Ensure students receive schedules, learning materials, assignments, assessments, and academic communication on time.
