Roles & Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of the mise en place and day-to-day operations of your assigned shift.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation across every order.
Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in developing, testing, and standardising current recipes.
