Role Description The Service Advisor is a full time, on-site role based at our Chennai workshop.



This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately translating those needs into service orders in coordination with the technical team. The Service Advisor will explain recommended repairs and maintenance, provide clear cost and time estimates, and obtain approvals while maintaining transparent communication throughout the service process. Daily responsibilities include monitoring job progress, updating customers on status, coordinating vehicle delivery, and ensuring all paperwork, invoicing, and service records are completed accurately. The role also involves handling aftersales queries, managing customer feedback, and supporting initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
