About the Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Co-Founder – Marketing & Growth to join us in building and scaling an emerging education and technology venture.

This is a founder-level opportunity, not a conventional marketing job. You will take ownership of marketing, customer acquisition, brand growth, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy.
* Build the brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into students/customers.
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns.
* Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, institutions and other organizations.
* Build and manage the sales and marketing funnel.
* Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve customer acquisition.
* Explore new growth opportunities and revenue channels.
* Work closely with the founder on business strategy and expansion.

What We Are Looking For

* Strong interest in entrepreneurship and building a business from the ground up.




* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and lead generation.
* Good communication, networking and sales skills.
* Ability to take ownership and work independently.
* Growth mindset and willingness to experiment and learn.
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development or a startup is preferred.
