Role Overview
This is a real execution role where your work directly impacts brand growth and visibility. You will manage ILP
Overseas and Mental Smiles social media platforms, run influencer campaigns end-to-end, and track performance
outcomes. Not theory. Actual ownership from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise ILP Overseas and Mental Smiles social media platforms
• Create engaging, original content aligned with brand voice
• Identify, approach, and onboard influencers for collaborations
• Execute and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Track performance metrics, engagement rates,



and campaign outcomes
• Research influencer marketing trends and engagement strategies
• Generate reports to optimise outreach strategies
• Coordinate influencer engagements and timelines
Requirements
• Solid creativity and a solid understanding of content strategy
• Confident communicator with influencers and content creators
• Willing to commit 4 hours daily
• Interest in mental health and wellness communication
• Self-driven, organised, and proactive
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital tools
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
