We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Valuations Apprentices to join our Mumbai team. This role
offers an excellent chance for fresh graduates and students looking to build a career in real estate
valuations, market research, and advisory services. The position involves a mix of desk-based analysis and
fieldwork, requiring candidates to conduct market studies, property inspections, and data collection across
various locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in conducting real estate valuation assignments across asset classes.
• Perform market research and collect relevant property and transactional data.
• Conduct site visits, property inspections, and field surveys.
• Support preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and market studies.
• Gather, analyze, and maintain market intelligence and comparable property data.




• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data collection and project execution.
• Travel within and outside Mumbai as required for site inspections and project assignments.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data gathering and reporting activities.
Apprenticeship Program Details
• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Mumbai
• Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Eligibility: Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing post-graduation
• Educational Background: Finance, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• Field Work & Travel: Candidates should be comfortable conducting market studies, visiting project
sites, and traveling within the city as required.
