Role Description The Jr Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Jr Associate will assist in legal research, drafting pleadings, written submissions, legal opinions, and correspondence for matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and other forums.



Daily responsibilities include reviewing case files and documents, preparing case notes and briefs, supporting senior advocates during hearings, and coordinating with clients for information, instructions, and updates. The role also involves monitoring case progress, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure timely filings. The Jr Associate is expected to uphold the firm’s standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality while demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Strong legal research and analytical abilities, including proficiency in using legal databases and interpreting case law and statutes.
Solid drafting and writing skills for pleadings, petitions, written submissions, contracts, and legal opinions.
