Role Description This is a part time, on-site role based in Rajkot for educators and related academic support roles.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to support diverse curricula and age groups.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured sessions and learning resources.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with learners, parents, and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
Subject expertise.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant academic field; teaching certifications or experience with Cambridge/IB are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage part-time schedules, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Experience with coaching for language proficiency or competitive exams, and interest in ongoing professional development.
