Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth of My Safe Spaces’ certification and wellness solutions within an assigned geographic territory. This full-time remote role involves identifying and qualifying new institutional prospects, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and organizations,



and leading the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual and occasional in-person presentations, tailoring proposals to client needs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM tools. The Regional Sales Manager will also analyze regional market trends, participate in strategic planning, and represent My Protected Spaces at relevant conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably selling services or solutions to educational or institutional clients.
Strong skills in business development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling sales presentations, communicate value propositions clearly, and negotiate contracts effectively.
