Specialist, Talent Business Advisory

Are you passionate about doing things differently? At Deloitte, we have broken the norms and are implementing a recent approach for Performance Management (PM). The PM team helps implement the process end to end for our business. As a Process Specialist-PM, you will work with the PM lead, internal stakeholders, other Talent representatives, and business leaders (BLs) for the seamless execution of the PM processes for the businesses.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Talent Business Advisory on the Performance Management team, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with business leaders and Business Advisors to implement and execute the performance management lifecycle for the assigned business group
Executing end-to-end performance management activities, including check-ins, pulse surveys, performance snapshots, talent reviews, quarterly business reviews, and low performer processes
Reviewing and analyzing performance management data to identify insights, trends, and concerns for stakeholder review




Coaching team leaders and employees on performance management processes and collaborating with Talent teams to support delivery
Troubleshooting process issues, applying standard materials, identifying process efficiencies, and sharing best practices across the team

Qualifications

Required:

3-6 years of experience in performance management and human resources or talent processes
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Busine
