Sharbuz AI is an AI-powered marketing manager for ecommerce merchants. It analyzes a merchant’s store, products, social media and Meta Ads data to recommend what to post, which products to promote, and what ads to run. Merchants can review these recommendations and execute their marketing with just a few clicks.
Our mission is to help ecommerce merchants grow their sales without needing a full-time marketing team or becoming marketing experts themselves.
Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to work directly with ecommerce merchants and help them grow their businesses using Sharbuz AI.
You will reach out to merchants, understand their business, onboard them onto Sharbuz AI, and help them use the platform effectively. You will guide merchants on what content to create, which products to promote, and which Meta Ads campaigns to run based on Sharbuz AI’s recommendations.
You will also regularly follow up with merchants, monitor their progress, help them solve marketing challenges, and encourage them to consistently use Sharbuz AI.
The goal is simple: help merchants use Sharbuz AI effectively and increase their sales.
Qualification
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, ecommerce, sales, customer success, or business development.
Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Meta Ads.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and merchants.
Basic understanding of ecommerce and online marketing.
Ability to explain technology and AI tools in simple language.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
Strong sales and growth mindset.
Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Experience creating social media content, reels or running Meta Ads is a plus.
Salary and Work Location
Salary: upto ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
