Role Description The Marketing Executive will work on-site in Delhi NCR in a full-time capacity, supporting the growth and visibility of HNN24x7 across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions, and developing strategies to increase viewership and audience engagement. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing audience insights, and identifying opportunities for brand positioning and partnerships.



The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with sales and editorial teams, manage marketing materials and content, and support events, sponsorships, and public relations initiatives.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and execute effective Market Planning and Marketing strategies.
Strong Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret audience and competitor data.
Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
Experience in Sales and marketing activities to drive revenue and audience growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior experience in media, broadcasting, or news industry is an advantage.
Proficiency with basic marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
