Role Description This is a full time, on-site LED TV Repair Technician/Fresher role based in Noida. The technician will diagnose and repair various television problems, including display issues, panel faults, backlight failures, motherboard faults, power supply problems, and sound-related defects. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customer locations,



performing equipment checks, handling basic to advanced repairs under guidance (for freshers), and ensuring proper use of tools and spare parts. The role involves documenting service details, following safety standards, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with the support team for parts, scheduling, and follow-up. The technician will also interact directly with customers to explain issues, provide repair options, and support a positive service experience aligned with ePair’s customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core technical skills in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance, with the ability to handle LED and Smart TV components safely.
