Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Marketing professional with strong knowledge of thin-film extrusion processes, polymer materials, film applications, and flexible packaging markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing key customers, providing technical solutions, and driving profitable sales growth.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer technical requirements, translate them into suitable film/product solutions, coordinate with production and R&D; teams, and independently manage commercial negotiations from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Marketing & Business Development
Develop new customers and business opportunities in thin-film extrusion and flexible packaging.
Identify potential applications,



industries, customers, and market segments for film products.
Understand customer requirements related to film thickness, width, mechanical properties, barrier properties, sealing performance, appearance, and other technical specifications.
Recommend suitable polymer grades, additives, structures, and processing conditions based on application requirements.
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and trials.
Commercial Responsibilities
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert opportunities into orders.
Develop pricing strategies considering raw material costs, processing costs, logistics, market conditions, and contribution margins.
Manage commercial negotiations with customers while protecting company profitability.
Monitor sales pipeline, order conversion, receivables, and customer profitability.
Prepare sales forecasts and business develop
