Role Overview:
To drive strategic efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain by leading end-to-end planning processes. You will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network planning to ensure optimal product availability, minimize costs, and maximize service levels. This role bridges the gap between sales, procurement, and operations through data-driven planning and cross-functional leadership.





Responsibilities:
Demand & Supply Planning: Lead the forecasting process to align supply chain with business objectives, incorporating seasonal trends and market intelligence.
Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement inventory strategies to balance product availability with working capital efficiency.
Network Strategy: Propose and finalize network design to optimize logistics and distribution costs across the supply chain.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, such as forecasting accuracy, inventory turnover, stockouts, and freight cost/ton, providing actionable insights.
Process Excellence: Drive the standardization of SCM SOPs, focusing on accountability, process discipline, and technology adoption.
