Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for My Secure Spaces. This role includes researching target markets, building and maintaining prospect lists, and qualifying leads that align with the organization’s mission and services. The specialist will engage potential clients via email, phone, and digital channels, clearly communicating the value of safety and wellness training programs.



Day-to-day tasks involve tracking outreach activities in CRM tools, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, and providing feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve overall outreach strategies.
Qualifications
