Role Description The Branch Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur,



responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role includes managing loan processing workflows, monitoring documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with credit, sales, and collections teams to enable smooth end-to-end processing of education and institutional loans. The Branch Operations Manager will supervise branch operations staff, allocate work, track performance, and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate MIS and operational reports, managing cash and disbursement processes, resolving operational issues, and supporting audits and risk assessments. The Branch Operations Manager will work closely with regional leadership to meet operational SLAs, support business growth, and uphold Avanse’s standards of integrity and service quality.
