Key Responsibilities
Understand and define the core target audience across demographics, psychographics, behaviours, attitudes, and cultural mindsets.
Develop consumer and cultural insights to shape brand development, communication, and product/platform ideation.
Build brand positioning, architecture, brand platforms, and value propositions.
Develop clear and compelling creative briefs,



including communication objectives and messaging hierarchy.
Work across ATL, Digital, Social, and integrated communication channels, including different markets and regions.
Stay closely connected to popular culture, consumer trends, social media, and emerging cultural movements.
Identify relevant trends and translate them into meaningful opportunities for brands.
Partner with the Account Director to lead client relationships and act as a senior strategic partner.
Present and sell strategic recommendations and ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior strategic planning talent.

Skills & Competencies
