Role Description The Associate Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This position involves working directly with students to guide them through the college admissions process, including goal-setting, profile building, academic and extracurricular planning, and application strategy. The Associate Counselor will help students draft and refine application essays, prepare for interviews, and understand admission requirements for various international destinations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, maintaining accurate student records, coordinating timelines and tasks, and communicating regularly with students and families. The role also includes supporting workshops, webinars, and other outreach activities, and collaborating with senior counselors to continually improve counseling methods and resources.
