Bhumiveda is a fast-growing player in the organic manure and fertilizer space, building a pan-India distribution network to reach farmers and retailers with high-quality soil health products.

The Role
We're looking for a senior leader to own and scale our distribution network — from dealer/distributor onboarding to last-mile reach, channel profitability, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a multi-tier distribution network (C&F; agents, distributors, retailers)
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets across territories
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage regional sales teams
- Own P&L; for the distribution vertical
- Develop dealer incentive and credit policies
- Identify current geographies/channels for expansion (agri co-ops, retail,



D2C tie-ins)
- Liaise with production/supply chain to ensure fill rates and inventory health

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in agri-input distribution — fertilizer, seeds, crop protection, or organic manure preferred
- Proven track record scaling a distributor/dealer network
- Strong existing relationships with agri-dealers/distributors is a big plus
- Experience managing regional sales teams (ASMs/RSMs)
- Comfortable with rural/semi-urban go-to-market dynamics
- P&L; ownership experience at a state or zonal level
