Role Description The Chat Expert P4 – US Taxation role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves providing accurate, timely guidance on US taxation matters through chat-based support to individual and business clients.



The Chat Expert will interpret and apply US tax laws and regulations, clarify tax filing requirements, and assist users with complex tax queries in a clear, accessible manner. Daily tasks include researching tax-related issues, reviewing client information for completeness, documenting interactions, and escalating cases when needed. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to improve knowledge bases, refine chat workflows, and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
