Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in Finance, HR, and Marketing.



The role involves designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned specialization areas, creating lesson plans, and using diverse pedagogical methods to support learner engagement. Responsibilities include conducting lectures, seminars, and tutorials; guiding learners on projects, internships, and research work; and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments in Finance, HR, and Marketing. The faculty member will participate in curriculum development, academic assessment, and quality assurance processes, as well as contribute to institutional activities such as academic committees, events, and industry outreach. Additional responsibilities include mentoring learners, supporting placements through industry collaboration, and engaging in research, publications, and continuous professional development.
