Role Description We are looking for a dynamic,



confident and commercially driven woman to take ownership of Sales & Business Development for Cultural Exchanges. The Head of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and executing the organization’s art auction, art sale and CEPS marketing and growth strategy across global markets. This role oversees the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, relationship management, negotiations, and closing partnerships with collectors, institutions, brands, and patrons aligned with Cultural Exchanges®’ mission. Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts, identifying recent business opportunities, building strategic collaborations, and setting measurable revenue and impact goals.
