Gen Z Founder-Led Growth & Social Content Manager
Heddl.app
About Heddl
Heddl is building a recent approach to B2B GTM helping companies humanise outbound and build relationships instead of adding to the noise of spam.
We're looking for a Gen Z, internet-native content operator who can turn founder insights, customer stories, GTM trends and product learnings into content that people want to watch, read, share and talk about.
This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role.
We want someone who understands content, virality, founder-led growth, search and AI discovery.
The Role
You will own Heddl's organic content engine across:
- LinkedIn
- X
- Instagram
- YouTube Shorts
- Blog / SEO
- AEO / GEO / AI search
Your job is to make Heddl:
Known → Trusted → Discussed → Discovered → Cited → Remembered.
You will work directly with founders to turn conversations, opinions, experiences, customer insights and GTM observations into a continuous stream of content.
One founder conversation should be capable of becoming:
LinkedIn post + video + X thread + Reel + carousel + article + newsletter + research idea.
---
What You'll Own
1. Founder-Led Content
Extract the founder's:
- Opinions
- Stories
- Contrarian views
- Lessons
- Failures
- Customer insights
- GTM observations
- Industry predictions
Then turn them into content that feels human, opinionated and authentic — not corporate marketing.
You should be obsessed with hooks.
Instead of:
«"AI is changing sales."»
Think:
«"AI didn't kill cold outreach. It killed mediocre cold outreach."»
---
2. Short-Form Video
Create and edit:
- Founder talking-head videos
- Product demos
- Screen recordings
- Commentary/reaction videos
- Educational Shorts/Reels
- Fast-cut social clips
You should understand hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling and why people stop scrolling.
---
3. Build Recognisable Content Series
Create repeatable formats such as:
- GTM Things Nobody Tells You
- Cold Email Crimes
- Founder GTM Di
