Role Description This full-time, remote role combines responsibilities as a Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher for Indian students. The specialist will design and deliver online lessons that build learners’ speaking confidence, presentation skills, and overall communication effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include developing structured lesson plans, conducting interactive classes and training sessions, creating practice materials and assessments, and offering constructive feedback to students.



The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, tracking learner progress, and using digital tools to engage students in a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills for online and interactive learning environments.
Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, outcome-focused sessions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including public speaking, active listening, and clear written communication.
Relevant experience in communication coaching, English language instruction, or soft skills training for students is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, or a related field is preferred.
