The platform connects users with verified professionals, including maids, electricians, plumbers, nurses, doctors, and salon experts. With over 700 service providers, Homeday focuses on reliability, speed, and ease of use. The app currently serves customers in locations such as Gurgaon and Patna, with services delivered directly to the doorstep. Homeday offers a growing digital marketplace for everyday services, aiming to simplify life for urban households.

Role: Co-Founder – Noida & Greater Noida

This is not a conventional salaried job. We are looking for someone who wants to build and scale a business, take ownership of the region, and grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Homeday’s expansion across Noida & Greater Noida.
* Develop and execute the regional growth strategy.
* Build local operations, partnerships and customer acquisition channels.
* Hire, train and manage the regional team.
* Drive revenue,



customer growth and operational performance.
* Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
* Take ownership of day-to-day regional operations.
* Work closely with the core founding team on strategy, product and business development.
* Build Homeday into a strong and trusted brand in the Noida–Greater Noida market.

Investment & Compensation

The selected Co-Founder will be required to make a small initial investment in the business, demonstrating commitment and alignment with the expansion.

In return, the Co-Founder will receive:
