About the Role
SkillLevel is looking for energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented Business Development Executives (Operations) to join our growing team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Team and Top Management to drive business growth by engaging with college students, understanding their career and learning goals, and helping them discover relevant SkillLevel programs.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in Business Development, Sales, Operations, and EdTech.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and acquire new business leads through student outreach and engagement.
Pitch and promote SkillLevel's programs and services to college students across different domains.
Understand students' career goals and learning requirements and provide relevant guidance on SkillLevel programs.




Counsel prospective students and help them make informed decisions about their learning and career development.
Set up meetings and consistently follow up with prospective students.
Maintain and efficiently manage lead pipelines and student interactions.
Work closely with the Sales Team and Top Management to execute business growth initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of marketing and student acquisition campaigns.
Identify new opportunities for student engagement and business development.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
