Role Description
This is a full time remote role. We are seeking a paraplanning officer to support our client's across compliance, advice preparation, and day-to-day operational tasks. The role including preparing Records of Advice (ROAs) and Statements of Advice (SOAs), completing application forms, and liaising directly with platform providers. The role makes active use of Adviser Logic and Claude to keep client records accurate, compliance obligations on track,



and advice documentation prepared efficiently and to a high standard. The position suits someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, comfortable working with compliance requirements, and confident using technology to support their work.

This role requires excellent English language proficiency, strong organisational skills, and strong technical accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Ongoing Fee Arrangements (OFAs)
Ensure OFAs are completed for all applicable clients within required timeframes.
Track OFA renewal and consent dates, and flag upcoming or overdue renewals to the adviser.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date OFA records and supporting documents on Adviser Logic.
Escalate lapsed, missing, or at-risk OFAs promptly.
Daily Operational tasks
Download financial reports each morning and file them using the correct naming conventions and folder structure.
Download research reports daily, review the content, and prepare concise summarie
