Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Lead Software Engineer / Technical Architect who will take ownership of SAITC's core software architecture and backend engineering.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will design scalable systems, write production code, guide engineering decisions, review code,



and work closely with the founders and other engineers to turn business requirements into reliable software.

As an early-stage startup, responsibilities are intentionally somewhat fluid. While your primary ownership will be architecture and backend engineering, you may occasionally contribute across other areas of the product and engineering lifecycle when the needs of the business require it.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

* Design scalable architectures for AI applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, customer portals, and enterprise integrations.
* Define technical standards, development practices, coding conventions, and architectural patterns across SAITC.
* Make decisions regarding application architecture, databases, APIs, authentication, authorization, caching, queues, integrations, and scalability.
* Design multi-tenant architectures that securely support multiple SAITC customers from shared infrastructure.
