Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing business customers, understand their requirements, and promote IndiaMART’s solutions and services to drive conversions and revenue growth.



Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting product presentations, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing accurate information about platform features and benefits. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales reviews and training sessions, and update records in CRM systems to ensure reliable sales reporting.
