Role Description The Senior Human Resources Lead will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement for a growing,



design-driven organization. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru South and will involve partnering with leadership to shape HR policies, implement people-centric processes, and support strategic workforce planning. The person in this role will manage HR documentation, compliance, compensation and benefits administration, and HR analytics to ensure smooth and transparent operations. They will handle employee relations, facilitate feedback mechanisms, and lead initiatives that support inclusion, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture. The Senior Human Resources Lead will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices align with business goals and evolving organizational needs.
