Role Description The Sales Manager role at WEAR-JIM is a full-time, remote position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing relationships with retail partners, gyms, and distributors, and driving revenue growth through structured sales plans. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market visits, presenting product offerings, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing to support promotions, events, and brand activations. The role also includes coaching and guiding sales representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong brand representation in all interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail or gym partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Comfort with sales reporting, basic data analysis, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
No previous experience required but preferred.
Knowledge in FMCG, fragrance, lifestyle, fitness, or related sectors is an advantage.
