Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base in the events and production industry. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads,



building and maintaining relationships with event agencies, production houses, corporate clients, and promoters, and presenting Drona Productions’ service offerings in a clear and compelling way. The Business Development Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately scoped and delivered. Day-to-day activities involve conducting market research, attending meetings and industry events, managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also includes contributing to sales strategies, supporting marketing initiatives, and representing the company professionally in client interactions.
