About the Role

Holland Nest Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our FMCG sales operations and expand our retail and distribution network across Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, retail distribution, general trade, team management, and market development, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s monthly and annual sales targets. The role will involve managing and motivating the field sales team, assigning territory-wise targets, monitoring daily sales activities, retailer visits, order bookings, collections, and overall team performance.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding Holland Nest’s presence across retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors.



The candidate will develop robust relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new retailers and distributors. The role will also include ensuring regular product availability, maintaining attractive product visibility at retail outlets, and generating repeat orders.

The Sales Manager will monitor market conditions and competitor activities, collect valuable market feedback, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the management. The candidate will also support promotional campaigns, new product launches, territory expansion, and other sales initiatives to strengthen the Holland Nest brand in the market.

Team Management

The Sales Manager will lead and manage the field sales team and will be responsible for guiding, training, motivating, and monitoring Sales Executives and other sales personnel. The candidate will ensure that the sales team follows company policies and processes while maintaining professional relationships with retailers and distributors.
