We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and student-focused Batch Coordinator Specialist to manage the complete operational lifecycle of student batches at the All India Institute of Occult Science.
The person will act as the key coordination point between students, faculties, academic teams, admission teams, examination teams, and management to ensure that every batch runs smoothly from admission to course completion.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, robust follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple batches and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities1. Batch Management & Operations
Plan and coordinate the complete lifecycle of assigned batches.
Allocate students to appropriate batches based on course, schedule, and availability.
Prepare and maintain monthly batch schedules in coordination with faculty.
Ensure batches start and run as per the committed schedule.
Track daily batch activities and identify operational gaps.
Maintain accurate batch-wise student lists and records.




Ensure zero unnecessary delays in batch formation and execution.
2. Student Coordination & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their academic journey.
Communicate batch timings, class schedules, important announcements, and academic updates.
Handle student queries related to batches, classes, study material, attendance, examinations, and course processes.
Follow up with students regarding attendance, pending formalities, fees, assignments, and other requirements.
Maintain professional and timely communication through WhatsApp, calls, email, and other official channels.
Build a positive relationship with students and ensure a smooth learning experience.
3. Faculty Coordination
Coordinate with faculties regarding class schedules and availability.
Confirm faculty availability before finalizing batch schedules.
