Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, needs assessment, and development of design proposals. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparation of design presentations, coordination of construction drawings, and selection of materials, finishes,



and FF&E.; The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers, overseeing site execution to ensure design intent is maintained, and managing project timelines and budgets. The Senior Interior Designer is expected to mentor junior team members, uphold studio design standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client experience.
Qualifications

Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetically coherent layouts for residential and commercial projects.
Applied knowledge of architecture and construction drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution on site.
Experience in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, with an understanding of materials, finishes, and ergonomics.
