Role Overview:
We’re seeking a go-getter with out-of-the-box thinking for our digital marketing and branding efforts. This is a high-impact, on-site role where you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
You must know social media marketing, email marketing, branding, and Go-To-Market strategy creation and implementation. Most importantly,



you must be laser-focused on delivering aggressive results and meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and lead performance-driven digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Social Media Marketing:
Strategize and manage content and ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube to build community and drive sales.
Email Marketing:
Create segmented and automated email campaigns that nurture leads, increase customer retention, and maximize ROI.
Brand Development & Management:
Strengthen Joolkart’s brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual representation.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies:
Design and implement GTM strategies for new product launches, collections, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with product and creative teams.
