Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ratnagiri, responsible for overseeing daily hotel or hospitality operations. This role includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supervising staff schedules, monitoring service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will oversee inventory and vendor relationships, track operational costs, and help implement policies and procedures that support safety, compliance, and efficiency. The role also involves resolving operational issues, coordinating with senior leadership on performance goals, and preparing regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and service quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in hospitality or hotel operations management, including supervision of teams and daily service delivery.




Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple operational priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze financial and operational data, manage budgets, and contribute to cost control and revenue optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
Proficiency with common office software and hotel management or property management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
