About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Hotel Linen Operations Manager to take complete ownership of linen operations across multiple hotel accounts.

This is an on-ground operations role, not a desk-based coordination position. You will manage the complete linen cycle — hotel order → fresh linen dispatch → delivery → soiled linen collection → laundry → fresh linen receipt → reconciliation.

The role also involves managing the frontline team, coordinating with hotels and laundry partners, maintaining linen inventory, conducting audits, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely service across all assigned hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel & Customer Operations

* Manage daily linen requirements, pickups, and deliveries across assigned hotels.
* Act as the primary operational point of contact for hotel teams.




* Resolve operational issues and ensure timely closure.
* Maintain strong relationships with hotel staff and management.

Linen & Inventory Management

* Track linen issued, received, dispatched, missing, and damaged.
* Conduct physical linen audits and reconcile stock regularly.
* Maintain accurate records on the operational platform.
* Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Laundry Operations

* Coordinate movement of soiled linen to laundry and fresh linen back to hotels.
* Verify quantities and quality at every stage.
* Follow up on delays, shortages, damages, and quality issues.

Team Management

* Manage, train, and monitor the on-ground operations team.
* Allocate responsibilities and track KRAs/KPIs.
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.

Reporting & Process

* Prepare weekly/monthly operational and linen audit reports.
* Document SOPs and operational processes.
* Identify recur
