Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher for Indian students. In this role, the specialist will design and deliver engaging lessons on communication skills, public speaking, and presentation techniques tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting live online classes or training sessions, providing individualized feedback,



and tracking student progress. The specialist will develop and update curriculum materials, create interactive activities, and use digital tools to enhance learner participation and confidence. Collaboration with the academic team to refine teaching strategies and ensure consistent quality across programs is also part of the role.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with school-age learners or college students.
Demonstrated expertise in Communication and Training, especially in public speaking, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, outcome-focused sessions and adapting content to different learning levels.
Comfort with remote teaching tools and online learning platforms, with the ability to create interactive, learner-centered virtual classes.
