Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst – Marketing Operations Management role based in Agra. The Business Analyst will analyze marketing performance data, customer trends, and sales reports to generate insights that improve campaign effectiveness and channel strategies. The role involves documenting business requirements, mapping and optimizing marketing processes, and coordinating with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Daily tasks include preparing dashboards and reports, supporting marketing planning and budgeting,



monitoring KPIs, and recommending operational improvements in marketing workflows. The Business Analyst will also help implement new tools or systems related to marketing operations and support training and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Process understanding and Business Requirements gathering skills to map workflows and define operational needs.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
Candidates should preferably have experience in marketing operations, sales analytics, or related fields, ideally within agriculture or FMCG sectors.
