Role Description This is a full-time, on-site House Manager (Architecture + Projects + Manager) role based in South Delhi. The House Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residence, including supervising household staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. The role involves planning and managing small architectural or interior projects, liaising with vendors and contractors, and maintaining an organized record of maintenance, repairs, and improvements. The House Manager will monitor service quality, support guests and residents, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities may also include coordinating meal preparation, overseeing kitchen operations, and organizing training and guidance for household staff to maintain consistent standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills to manage household staff and oversee daily operations effectively.




Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to upskill household staff and maintain service standards.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction orientation, with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and service quality.
Candidates should possess basic to advanced Cooking skills or the ability to supervise kitchen operations and meal planning.
Relevant experience in facilities management, hospitality, or residential estate management is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects simultaneously.
Comfort working on-site in a residential setting in South Delhi, with a professional and respectful approach to privacy and boundaries.
