Responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Management and Operations Team is one of the most important teams of the company, as, besides projecting the image of the Brand Benzara, it is responsible for handling the day-to-day operational aspects and customer management on a near real-time basis. Most of the team's functions are automated, like order processing, management of customer queries and data management for which we have different software platforms. The detailed responsibilities are given as follows:

Handle customer queries and resolve issues through email and support channels.
Process sales and vendor orders while ensuring accurate shipping, pricing, and stock details.
Monitor order tracking and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Manage returns, damages, cancellations, and shipping claims efficiently.
Maintain and correct product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
Monitor marketplace performance and improve customer ratings and satisfaction.
Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service support.




Analyze operational processes and improve efficiency using reports and data insights.
Support reporting and automation activities using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of e-commerce operations and customer service.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and basic Power BI.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and automation concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and innovate.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for only freshers who have recently completed an MBA. Freshers with BBA/B. Tech. qualifications may also apply.
