About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, versatile, and highly organized professional to independently manage HR operations, executive assistance, and client nutrition-program coordination for our growing fitness and wellness business.
The role requires someone who can manage multiple functions independently, stay on top of deadlines, communicate effectively, and proactively coordinate across employees, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations and support roles
• Manage the hiring pipeline and ensure timely closures within deadlines
• Create job descriptions and candidate assignments
• Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation
• Process company payroll and manage payroll-related communication
• Manage employee attendance and leave records




• Maintain accurate employee records through HR software/ERP
• Handle internal HR communication and employee HR queries
• Support timely appraisal and review cycles
• Organize periodic team engagement and fun activities
Executive Assistance
• Support the Founder with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
• Draft internal and external communication as required
• Handle documentation, forms, scheduling, and general administrative work
Nutrition Coordination
• Coordinate and align calls between clients and the external nutritionist
• Manage internal nutrition broadcast communication with clients
• Actively engage with clients to ensure nutrition calls are booked and attended
• Track nutrition-program workload and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and ensure pending actions are followed through
