Role Description The BMS Technical Support role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the team member provides technical support for BMS and related automation systems, assisting clients and internal teams with issue resolution and system optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting BMS hardware and software issues,



responding to support tickets, and guiding users through solutions. The role involves collaborating with engineering and project teams, documenting technical findings, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
